Office Update Regarding COVID-19

CURRENT OPERATING PROCEDURES AND SERVICE:

In-office appointments are now available for all patient types, including:

• New patient hearing tests
• New hearing aid fittings
• Hearing aid repairs/service
• Curbside drop-off/pick-up options

Scheduling of appointments will be done to allow adequate time to sanitize between patients and avoid contact between patients.

Available appointment hours will be adjusted to avoid busy times in the building.

Current patients will call the office (if you have a cell phone) upon arrival in the parking lot and then enter through the back handicap entrance. If you do not have a cell phone available, patient will be asked to wait in their car until summoned to enter.

New patients will enter through the front entrance at scheduled appointment time. 

All patients and staff must continue to wear masks.

All patients will be asked if they have symptoms: high fever, cough, and shortness of breath, prior to appointment.
